If you recently purchased your home or had a change in ownership or licensing, we need a new contract. Call today and a member of the Choice team will schedule a time to visit your home. We will tour your home, speak with your caregivers and residents, review the county compliant files, ask a series of questions, and obtain a current copy of your license.

We will invite you to join our network if your home meets our standards. No payment is required to sign a contract with us. Payment is not made until we find a resident for your home.

We strive to ensure people find the right home for everyone we work with. We will only set up tours if, based on the information we have, we think the person is a good match for your home. We never make a final decision and it is up to the individual home to assess the care needs of each individual. We do not negotiate price or services for our clients.
